The Naivasha Horticultural Fair 2018 was held on the 20th and 21st of September. During this two-day event over 150 exhibitors from all related industries showcased their products and services outdoors at the Naivasha Sports Club.
Dudutech, Goldsuite’s distributor in East Africa, were on hand to greet customers and discuss the products available in Kenya, together with Kevin Boekestein, Goldsuite’s managing Director. Goldsuite’s products of especial interest in the horticultural sector are EzyFlow Gypsum, EzyFlow Calbud and EzyFlow Trace. The Dudutech tent was busy right up until the final hour of the show with many current customers and new prospective ones too.
“Busy fair, good quality visitors and – quite important when organizing an outdoor event – lovely weather. All in all it went really well”, says Naivasha Horticultural Fair Chairman Richard McGonnell.
Friday was the busiest day with mainly trade visitors from the surrounding flower and vegetable growers and exporters. Approximately 3400 visitors passed through the gates over the two days to see 180 exhibitors stands. Exhibitors ranged from IPM companies like Dudutech, to implement manufacturers, fertiliser and chemical suppliers, rose breeders, seed suppliers and specialist soil and leaf analysis providers.
